Stillwater trout fishing with Ian Horrocks

We recently featured a very special day that had become available with new Fishing London guide and level 2 coach Ian Horrocks.

Ian's been a level 2 coach for over 6 years, he's so good in fact that the Angling Trust even asked him to become a coach educator so he now actually trains and develops the new coaches coming through the ranks.

Having been fishing his whole life, Ian's wealth of experience and learning coming only from spending days on end treading the banks of various rivers and lakes across west London and the home counties.

We are very lucky to welcome Ian to guide and coach for us and we look forward to a long and happy relationship.

Ian has access to some fantastic trout waters just a short drive out of central London.

Chalk stream fed from the Chilterns the water is clean, clear and the perfect temperature to help these brown and rainbow fish grow on to the hard fighting fish they are.

Ian offers full day sessions, morning or afternoon half sessions, as well as evening sessions. All sessions are priced very competitively and allow for one fish to be taken per rod.

We're also proud to offer fly fishing lessons. You'll learn how to set up, tackle up, fly selection and presentation and of course how to cast. Ian is very accomplished and patient instructor.

The price is the same regardless of experience.
