An Introduction To Fishing

 

  • Our most popular and ideal package for the complete beginner and novice

  • This package is a great way to learn about fishing, fish species and welfare.

  • Sessions run for  2 or 4 hours at venues across London. 

  • All sessions delivered by fully qualified and insured Angling Trust coaches. 

  • Clients taught - set up, locate, catch, unhook and safely release fish.

  • Normal catches include Carp, Tench, Bream, Roach, Rudd and Perch. 

  • Clients normally catch 5+ fish each per session.

  • 2 or 4-hour session run between 9 am and 6 pm daily. 

  • All licences, permits, bait, tackle and guide included. 

  • Location's close to Upminster underground or overland station. Within M25

  • Just a 30-minute drive from central London

  • Ideal for parties, birthdays, groups, families, bonding experiences.

  • 24 hours notice required to book. 

  • Onsite parking at most venues.

A Further Introduction To Fishing

 

  • A new package to help those who have already completed part 1

  • This session follows up on previous learnings. (An introduction to fishing)

  • 4-hour sessions delivered by fully qualified angling coaches. 

  • Clients taught - casting with a rod and reel including underarm and overhead.

  • Rod and tackle selection - setting up for every eventuality. 

  • Learn lure fishing, jig fishing, feeder fishing, ledger fishing and much more.

  • Learn to target and catch larger specimen fish such as carp and bream. 

  • Normal catches include Carp, Tench, Bream, Roach, Rudd and Perch. 

  • Clients should expect to catch 5-30 fish each per session. 

  • 4-hour session run between 9 am and 6 pm daily. 

  • Some venues have disabled access, Please mention at booking if required.

  • All licences, permits, bait, tackle and guide included. 

  • Location varies. 

  • Exclusive private session. We do not mix groups.

Specimen Carp Fishing - Logical Progression

  • Perfect for beginners and intermediates who have basic knowledge and skills.

  • 2, 4 or 8 hours of specimen fishing for carp up to 30lb. 

  • The only professionally guided carp fishing lessons in London. 

  • Multiple venues to cater for experience, your location & climantal factors. 

  • Client taught to find, feed, catch and handle huge carp on a variety of methods.

  • Sessions delivered by excellent carp fisherman Simon Brown.

  • Waters located west side of London. From NW to SW we have a venue near you.  

  • All venues within 1hr drive from London. Public transport close to many

  • Included are permits, licences, tackle and guide for 8 hours. Baits as below. 

  • 2-hour session - Surface fishing with bread and pellet

  • 4-hour session - 1 kilogram of boilie and 1kg bag of pellet.

  • 8-hour session - 2-kilogram boilie, 1kg bag of pellet and 1kg tub of hemp.

  • Extra available on the day at cost. Payable direct to the guide in cash.

River Thames Boat Fishing For Predators

Stillwater Fly Fishing For Trout

Big Water Fly Fishing

NEW

  • Our newest fly fishing package, perfect for those able to fly cast already.

  • Excellent flyfishing for rainbow and brown trout, some of the best quality and hardest fighting trout in the UK.  

  • Available species include trout, pike, perch, rudd, bream, carp and zander.

Everything is included except transport, food and drink. We can offer a pick and drop off service depending on the length of your session. Or we can organise taxis on your behalf, both at additional cost. There is free onsite parking at all venues should you wish to drive, details of which will be given after you booking has been confirmed. 

Sea Fishing From The Shore.

There's plenty of amazing fishing on our coast lines. These sessions offer great, easy fishing. Just turn up, have fun and learn a new skill and hopefully catch a few fish.  We offer expert guiding for all abilities. The sessions are led by Brian Pesk, a very well known and respected local fisherman, level 2 coach and all round fisherman. You couldn't be in better hands. This part of the coast line offers exceptional fishing all year round. It's a really good day out!

  • Learn to sea fish from the beach, pier or rocks. 

  • Located on South east coast, fishing around Hastings

  • Fast trains from various London stations from 1hr 33 mins 

  • 2, 4 and 8 hour sessions available to suit all abilities and demands.
